Brisbane Bayside State College Opened in 2010 to provide a State Secondary School of Tomorrow, today. We are a co-educational College providing education for over 800 students in years 8-12.
Our school motto is “Dare to be wise.” Wisdom encompasses all aspects of one’s life. Being wise implies that we act in a manner which is considered. This involves using our intellectual, social, and emotional skills to their fullest. We believe that our role is to help all students to grow their wisdom, to ensure that they have the capacity to be successful people throughout their lives.
We value opportunity for all students, opportunity to be active participants within the life of our school. We will offer students many opportunities through cultural, sporting and academic pursuits. It is through these extra curricular pursuits that students develop a deeper connection to our school. We encourage all students to be active participants in the life of our school.
