Education QLDÂ introduces Xavier College - Kostka Hall in Brighton, for all your education and learning needs.
In 1997, Kostka Hall celebrated its Diamond Jubilee which coincided with the final stages of a major building program. All classrooms were modernised and open learning areas created. A new gymnasium/multi-purpose hall complex, a new music house and a new administration centre were also established. To complete the building program, in 1998, a new library was created in the former administration building and a new Visual Arts wing was built adjacent to the New Street entrance.
In 2005, Xavier opened an Early Years Centre at the Kostka Hall campus, offering co-educational schooling from 3-year-old level to the end of Year 4. From Years 5 to 8, Kostka Hall remains a boys-only school.
Currently Xavier College – Kostka Hall has approximately 350 students, and covers an area of approximately eight acres, consisting of buildings, gardens and ovals.
Welcome to Xavier College - Kostka Hall one of the popular educators in your Brighton area. Our aim is help you in your learning journey.
We endeavour to celebrate each other’s uniqueness by providing opportunity for all and to develop a culture that identifies that the journey towards excellence is often paved with trial and error, risk taking, learning from mistakes, flexibility and adaptability. We believe that encouraging students to take ownership of the learning is critical in achieving the best learning outcomes and that implicit in this concept is that students learn their own areas of strength and areas of development, through useful and explicit feedback.
