Education QLDÂ introduces Kingston Primary School in Australind, for all your education and learning needs.
Kingston Primary School is located 200km south of Perth in the Australind suburb of Kingston.
The school opened in 2009 as a K-7 primary school, and was selected as one of the first 34 public schools in WA to become an Independent Public School. This gives us more autonomy in the administration of the school and the ability to merit select all of our staff.
In addition to our regular teaching staff, we also employ a number of teaching specialists, including a visual arts specialist, a music specialist, a Japanese language specialist, and a physical education specialist. All of our year 1 to 7 students participate in these programs.
Kingston Primary School is also unique in that we are a Professional Learning School – the very first in Australia.
